Cancellation & changes
You can cancel from your private appointment page until 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window, or to reschedule, contact Joe directly at 805-259-5294.
Direct payments
Zelle, Apple Pay, and Chime payments go directly to Joe. The site records your chosen method, and Joe marks payment as paid after checking it. Contact Joe about payment mistakes or refund questions.
Your privacy
Your name, phone, optional email, booking notes, and appointment history are used to manage your visits. Your history is protected by a private link and device cookie, so do not share that link. A hashed network identifier may be used to prevent abusive booking or login attempts.
Location & records
Appointments take place at 118 Wilson Street, Grambling, LA 71245, Apt 9. Past visits remain in your private history. Contact Joe at 805-259-5294 if you need your information corrected or removed.
