All appointment times use Central Time and must be booked at least 5 hours ahead. The listed slots are Joe’s only availability, so emergency and off-schedule bookings aren’t offered. Appointments are confirmed as soon as the booking form succeeds.
You can cancel from your private appointment page until 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window, or to reschedule, contact Joe directly at 805-259-5294.
Zelle, Apple Pay, and Chime payments go directly to Joe. The site records your chosen method, and Joe marks payment as paid after checking it. Contact Joe about payment mistakes or refund questions.
Your name, phone, email, booking notes, and appointment history are used to manage your visits and send your booking confirmation. Your history is protected by a private link and device cookie, so do not share that link. Privacy-friendly site analytics record anonymous page visits and service selections for up to 90 days, without storing names, contact details, IP addresses, or private appointment links. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honored. A hashed network identifier may be used to prevent abusive booking or login attempts.
